Returns and Exchanges Policy

What’s your return policy?

Since your order was CUSTOM MADE for you, to your specifications we don’t offer returns and exchanges since we don’t resell the T-Shirts that were ordered.  BUT,  if there’s something wrong with your order or in the condition that you received it in (damaged, misprinted, or incorrect), please let us know by contacting us at heyguys@hamandtees  for return and exchange instructions.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these applies, please contact us at heyguys@hamandtees.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll send you a replacement or refund, your choice.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color/design?

Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section
